I was on my way into Manhattan to see First Blood, when I saw this movie poster for You Don't Mess With Zohan at the Clinton-Washington G train stop.
While I generally find Adam Sandler unfunny and this movie particularly unfunny (judging by the trailer), it in know way deserves (nothing does) the marker drawn swastika plastered over Sandler's face. It's just plain wrong. I don't know what offends me more, the image itself or the fact that someone thought it was clever. I know one thing: there's at least one idiot in Brooklyn who I can say, with absolute certainty, is less funny than Adam Sandler. Way to go, jackass.
